It was date night tonight with my boyfriend and we decided to be a bit adventurous and go to Brunswick St. Unfortunately for us we had to catch the train and a tram in, walking in the pouring rain. So by the time we got the restaurant - which was an amazing burger joint – we were soaked head to toe, with his coat smelling like a wet dog. My poor boots got soaked as well in the rain and are still drying out 5 hours later.

I wanted to go for a slightly more spring/summer feel with the chino pants and light denim jacket; although it wasn’t at all weather appropriate. On a side note, I don’t think the chino pants are specific to guys, I love the chino look on girls. It’s a really casual outfit that isn’t too heavy (perfect for summer and not a rainy night).

Hope it wasn’t too bad where you guys are.
